PRINCE2 ® is a project management method that is suitable for all types of projects. The method is based on processes. The processes focus on a controlled and monitored way to realize a project from preparation to the end of the project.

PRINCE2 e-learning environment – Efficient and result-driven

The content of the PRINCE2 e-learning environment of the IT Management Group is accredited by Peoplecert. The PRINCE2 e-learning environment guides you to your exam in a structured way. The PRINCE2 e-learning environment is composed as follows:

1. General part
– Explanation examination requirements in general
– Explanation of the e-learning module
– Procedure for questions and comments

2. Specific part
The PRINCE2® Foundation e-learning environment is divided into the following six modules or parts:

PRINCE2® Foundation Part 1
Introduction PRINCE2 and Project management (principles, processes, themes, products).

PRINCE2® Foundation Part 2
Process: Startingup a Project (SU) and Initiating a Project (IP)
Theme: Business Case, Organisation and Risk

PRINCE2® Foundation Part 3
Themes: Quality, Planning, Change, Progress

PRINCE2® Foundation Part 4
Process: Directing a Project (DP), Controlling a Stage (CS) and Managing Product Delivery (MP)

PRINCE2® Foundation Part 5
Process: Managing a Stage Boundary (SB), Closing a Project (CP)
Tailoring PRINCE2®

PRINCE2® Foundation Part 6
Sample Exams

Each module covers the following topics:
– Chapters to read from the PRINCE2 book;
– Slides related to the topic;
– Sample questions related to the topic.

Based on the outcome of the test questions there will be given an advice to go on to the next module or to study the topic again. After studying all the parts, you can take several test exams that are representative for the ITIL exam.

With the ITMG PRINCE2® e-learning environment you are assured of an efficient and result-oriented approach to pass your PRINCE2 Foundation exam.

How does it work ?
You can register for the accredited PRINCE2® e-learning by filling out the application form. After applying you will receive a digital invoice. The moment you have paid the invoice, the IT Management Group will send you:

– the link to the PRINCE2 Foundation e-learning environment
– your username and password
– The latest edition of the book Project Management Based on PRINCE2

Exam PRINCE2 Foundation
After succesfully completing all parts, you are ready to take the official exam.

Your username and password are associated to your email address and will be valid for 90 days. Your account wil expire automatically after 90 days. Your account is strictly personal and non-transferable to third parties.

Duration and cost
You can take your own time to complete the e-learning training PRINCE2 Foundation. You can take into account you need approximately 14 hours of time to study. Of course it depends on the individual how much study time actually is needed. The cost for the PRINCE2 Foundation e-learning training is €425, – excl. VAT. The price of the PRINCE2 Foundation exam is €375,- excl. VAT.

Open registration and In-company
Do you still prefer to attend a classroom training? That is possible. The IT Management Group teams up with the top of the teachers. ITIL training based on open enrollment is provided at high quality locations in various regions. In-company training can be provided at any desired location.
